This role is with an established BIM Consultancy that specialises in providing detailed Mechanical & Electrical designs for an array of MEP Consultancies and Contractors. They provide a comprehensive design service to their clients from early concept and initial planning stage to detailed designs and models. They have been established for over 10 years now and have grown year upon year, currently boasting a solid team of 15 BIM Engineers. They are now seeking a Junior/Graduate BIM Coordinator with an understanding of BIM and construction paired with an eagerness to learn and develop their career. This is a fantastic place for anyone looking to start their career in BIM and construction design as you’ll be surrounded by decades of experience & exposed to a huge variety of projects at a detailed level.

Requirements:

  • Hold a MSc in BIM or construction relevant degree.
  • Have an awareness and strong knowledge of BIM.
  • Work closely with the design team to deliver efficient and buildable solutions.
  • Coordinate Revit models in accordance with specifications.
  • Control the flow of information throughout the business.
  • Have an eagerness and passion to learn and develop.
  • Have the full right to work in the UK.
  • Have the ability to commute to Bristol based office.
