As they expand their global procurement function, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled Global Commodities & Ingredients Procurement Manager to take ownership of a high-value, business-critical ingredients category. Do you bring deep experience in sourcing agricultural or commodity-based ingredients for bakery, chocolate or confectionary? As Global Commodities & Ingredients Procurement Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring they source the highest quality ingredients while delivering cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of their products and ensure they stay ahead of market trends and continue to delight their extensive customer base across the globe. With a strong commitment to ethical sourcing and NPD, this people centric business offers a fast-paced and supportive environment where you’ll have the autonomy to shape procurement strategies, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive meaningful change across ingredients & agricultural commodities. They are offering up to £75,000 + £5,800 car allowance and a bonus of 10% which can reach up to 20% dependent on performance variables. Based in West London and offering hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement global sourcing strategy for commodities and ingredients, collaborating with regional teams.
