Mostly Remote – 1-2 days in the office a month in Hampshire

We are seeking a passionate Global Marketing Lead to manage international brand and marketing strategy. This role involves working across diverse markets, supporting international teams, collaborating with agencies and creatives, and driving global growth while maintaining brand consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead global marketing strategy and execution
• Implement localized, measurable campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency and cultural relevance
• Collaborate across teams and regions

Key Requirements:

• Collaborative: Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and bridge marketing with sales.
• Leadership: Experience managing relationships internally and externally.
• Strategic and Hands-On: Ability to think big and execute campaigns.
• Data-Savvy: Proficient in managing budgets and analyzing campaign data.
• Excellent Presenter: Skilled in engaging and aligning stakeholders.
• Creative: Content strategist with storytelling skills.
• Experience: At least 5 years in full marketing mix roles.
• International Perspective: Experience with diverse regions, especially Asia, Middle East, and Europe.
