Job Summary

We are looking for a Global Lifestyle Manager to manage relationships with our members overnight, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Duties
- Reactively handle all incoming lifestyle & leisure-related requests & enquiries from Members in accordance with set guidelines, which will be trained and monitored.
- Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant reservations, club bookings, and more.
- Adhere to company standard phone greeting, using appropriate member address and maintaining consistent courtesy levels.
- Provide quality suggestions that exceed member expectations.
- Engage in intensive phone and email correspondence.
- Use CRM system to log member requests, take action, and update member information.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm (including a 1-hour unpaid break)
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Work experience in sectors such as Personal Assistance, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and/or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
- In-depth understanding of lifestyle management for affluent, high-net-worth individuals.
- Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury products/services.
- Warm, friendly, calm, confident, and courteous at all times.
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and communicate effectively under pressure.
