Job Description:

French Selection (FS) is an award-winning, well-established online service provider with international operations.

We are seeking a German speaking Business/Partner Development Manager – Affiliate Marketing .

Main duties:

• Lead a small Partnerships team to grow and expand within Germany.
• Take ownership of affiliate and partner relationships, securing deals and driving revenue.
• Develop and nurture existing partnerships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Create promotional presentations highlighting the company\’s benefits and features.
• Oversee campaign management.
• Analyze data performance and generate reports.

The role:

Location: Remote in the UK (home-based), with hybrid work involving 1 day per month in London or Birmingham/West Midlands.

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum plus benefits.

The candidate:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or marketing is needed.
• Background in partnership or business growth is recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and analytical mindset.
