What you\’ll be doing:

Organising and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Managing resources including stock, team members, and assets efficiently to provide quality service. Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to meet standards and specifications.

• Responsibility for food quality and health & safety compliance
• Regular communication with clients
• Implementing action plans from customer feedback

• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring hospitality standards and seeking feedback
• Identifying opportunities for service enhancement
• Bringing innovation and flair
• Operating within budget, monitoring trends, and corrective actions
• Delivering customer requirements as per expectations
