Responsibilities include:

• Organising and supervising the unit according to standards and regulations
• Managing resources efficiently, including stock, team, and assets

About the role:

• Lead and manage the business strategically through your team
• Experience in Contract Catering required
• Motivate and guide your team, set responsibilities, and monitor performance
• Oversee food preparation, service, and health & safety procedures
• Communicate regularly with the client and act as a brand ambassador
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
• Manage budget and monitor trends for corrective actions
• Ensure customer requirements are met to expectations
