Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Futures Trade Support Analyst on a 6 month contract to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Futures Trade Support Analyst position include:
- Process and allocate futures trades accurately across client accounts using SEALS and exchange GUI’s, ensuring compliance with Exchange rules, firm policies and client instructions.
- Perform daily checks between front office, SEALS, and back-office systems, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain client account details in SEALS, respond to client inquiries, and resolve allocation issues efficiently.
- Ensure trade allocations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls, supporting compliance audits as needed.
- Utilise and support Exchange GUIs and SEALS, monitoring and troubleshooting, including system testing and upgrades.
- Identify and escalate allocation discrepancies or trade errors, collaborating with risk teams to mitigate risks.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to allocation processes, and participate in training to stay updated on SEALS and industry practices.
- Work closely with front office traders, back office teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade processing and issue resolution.

- Experience in a middle office or trade support role within the futures market.
- Proficiency in Exchange GUI’s and SEALS system and a strong understanding of futures trade processes.
- Experience in trade reconciliation, client support, and regulatory compliance.
