About the Role

£12.21 FOR ALL AGES – 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that\’s brilliant, but we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guests enjoy their time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. This role requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.

The role offers contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on whether you live on or off resort. Start dates are flexible, from now until September, ideal for students.

You need to be available for a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with people of all ages. A strong swimmer with great attention to safety is essential. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are important, as you may supervise areas alone.

If successful, you\’ll be invited to a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and climbing out of the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
