French Cuisine Director (Hiring Immediately), Cambridgeshire
We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join our team at Côte, specializing in modern French cuisine with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality. The successful candidate will lead our kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service, and work closely with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage the culinary team
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet company standards
- Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate on menu development and innovation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a French cuisine environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EU work permit required
