Due to the nature of our business we are only accepting CVs with a minimum 10 years UK 360 degrees recruitment experience. We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the Banking and/or Financial Services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment within either Banking, Financial Services, IT, or Accountancy domains, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality candidates for various roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Sectors: Banking, Corporate, Private, Investment, Wholesale, Challenger Banks, Wealth/Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Fin Techs, or any other type of financial Services, IT or Accountancy fields.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract and identify top talent for permanent or interim, temporary, and contract positions.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the organizational culture of our clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with insightful advice on recruitment strategies.
- Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms and managing the onboarding of successful candidates.
- Database Maintenance: Keep accurate and comprehensive records within our recruitment database to ensure efficient and effective candidate tracking and reporting.
- Compliance: Keep accurate candidate records and ensure GDPR consents are adhered to.
- Candidate Screening: Ensure candidates are eligible to apply for jobs regarding ‘Right to work’ in the UK.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, IT, or Accountancy sectors.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
