Job Description:

We\’re looking for a Freelance Designer to join our fast-growing company and play a key role in building the Kind Bag brand.
Responsibilities
Product Development (Product, Pattern & Packaging Design):
- Research market trends and consumer demand to generate ideas for new collections.
- Collaborate with our manufacturing partners to create and refine products.
- Design product packaging that aligns with and enhances our brand identity.
- Develop print collections and pattern designs for our products (illustration skills are a bonus).
- Create mockups and CAD drawings of new products for presentation to both internal teams and bespoke clients.
Graphic Design:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create exciting visual campaigns across our website and socials.
- Design product catalogues & lookbooks for our clients.
- Support e-commerce and email marketing by producing product imagery, GIFs, banners, and other promotional assets.
- Design trade-show stands, ensuring they effectively represent the brand.
- Organise and maintain all digital assets within our shared drive.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
- Illustration skills and pattern-designing abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- 3+ years professional experience in a design role, preferably fashion or similar, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Knowledge of preparing files for print, both on paper and fabric.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.
