Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, coaching and supporting them in best practices for sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
  • Lead or support sourcing projects across various categories, managing all stages of the procurement lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage supplier relationships, ensuring regular reviews and a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Track and oversee key procurement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with the supplier risk management team to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master supplier database.

Desired Experience:

  • Lead sourcing and tendering projects across FM and indirect categories.
  • Procurement experience across FM, Indirect Procurement; Professional Services, IT, HR, and Marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption of sourcing best practices.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring innovation, performance, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools and procurement processes.
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of contract structures.
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
