Paid via our rota system on the 10th of the following month. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked between 10pm–4am.
Hours of Work: Average of 40 hours per week. Weekend work is essential, with days off during the week to balance hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Floral Procurement: Source high-quality flowers and foliage from reputable suppliers.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of florists, providing guidance and direction on designs and execution.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan delivery and schedule for weekly contract flowers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all arrangements exceed client expectations and meet the highest quality standards.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest floral trends and techniques.
- Studio Maintenance: Support the Studio Manager in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for contract-related queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, such as Floral Contracts Manager or related role.
- Floral Expertise: Strong knowledge of floral design principles with a flair for creating stunning, bespoke arrangements.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a team, offering constructive feedback when needed.
