Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + discretionary bonus.

Location: South London (SW8)

Paid via our rota system on the 10th of the following month. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked between 10pm–4am.

Hours of Work: Average of 40 hours per week. Weekend work is essential, with days off during the week to balance hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Floral Procurement: Source high-quality flowers and foliage from reputable suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of florists, providing guidance and direction on designs and execution.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan delivery and schedule for weekly contract flowers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all arrangements exceed client expectations and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest floral trends and techniques.
  • Studio Maintenance: Support the Studio Manager in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for contract-related queries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, such as Floral Contracts Manager or related role.
  • Floral Expertise: Strong knowledge of floral design principles with a flair for creating stunning, bespoke arrangements.
  • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating a team, offering constructive feedback when needed.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members.
