We are actively seeking FinTech Lawyers with the following qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor as a UK solicitor or equivalent EU/overseas.
- Understanding of and ability to advise on transactional and regulatory matters related to digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency lending, Non-Fungible Tokens, and decentralized finance.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to digital assets and blockchain products.
- Skilled in conducting legal research on the latest developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.
- Right to work in the UK and eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. Predominantly remote/hybrid work. Compensation commensurate with experience and complexity of engagement, together with engagement support and coaching.
