Responsibilities:
- Manage £300k of ongoing advice fees.
- Take over client banks from retiring adviser, managing recurring revenue and generating new business opportunities.
Compensation: £70k - £75k basic salary plus bonuses on top. Guaranteed minimum bonus in Year 1 of £8.5k.
About the Company: My client is a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK, offering whole-of-market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners. They manage client assets from £150k to £10m, advising on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections, and schemes like VCT & EIS. They have strong relationships with accountancy and solicitor practices and plans for expansion over the next 5 years.
Support Team: The team includes experienced Administrators & Paraplanners, supported by Admin and Paraplanning Managers, enabling advisers to focus on client-facing activities and professional development through ongoing CPD and exams.
Role Details:
- Location: Epsom.
- Client meetings: face-to-face and virtual.
- Topics covered: pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement, IHT, bonds, ISAs, VCT/EIS (limited).
Additional Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Bonuses on ongoing and initial advice fees. Full paraplanning and administrative support.
