Our client, a leading player in the Infrastructure space, is looking for a senior financial modeller. This role will be instrumental in securing required debt and equity finance from funders and shareholders for transactions.
The role:
- Build and manage complex financial models for bids and transactions.
- Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis for funders.
- Communicate model outputs to stakeholders and manage external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with evolving tax/accounting standards and model audit processes.
Transaction Support
- Provide modelling inputs and financial analysis for bids and due diligence.
- Support documentation, funding competitions, and lender engagement.
- Assist with commercial strategy, investment papers, and equity fundraising.
- Maintain and adapt models for refinancing and performance monitoring.
- Assist with funder presentations, valuations, and internal analysis.
- Mentor team members and support stakeholders in understanding models.
- Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams through to financial close.
General
- Contribute to strategic goals and act as a key point of contact across projects.
- Support the investment team and leadership on ad hoc tasks and development.
