Your New Role You will oversee the timely accounting and financial support services provided by the team in Exeter. Ensure that the monthly management accounts (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow), reconciliations, monthly analysis, and supporting schedules are prepared to a high standard. Working closely with budget holders and senior management, you will assist with the preparation of budgets contributing to the medium-term business plan. What You\’ll Need to Succeed You should be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). The ideal candidate will have experience providing professional and timely accounting services, working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You should be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reports.
