The company leadership has successfully built one of the most high-calibre FIG franchises in the market—hiring 30 professionals exclusively from top-tier institutions, including Bulge Brackets and elite boutiques. With five Managing Directors and three Senior Directors onboarded to date, our build-out is approaching its final phase.

We are now looking to complete the senior leadership team with three additional Senior Managing Directors or Senior Directors. While some processes are well advanced, we remain open to exceptional candidates to fill remaining strategic gaps.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FIG investment banking platform. You will play a key role in driving origination, leading execution, mentoring junior talent, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination efforts and build trusted client relationships across the FIG landscape (insurance, banking, asset & wealth management, specialty finance, etc.)
• Oversee execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions
• Act as a senior mentor and culture carrier within the team
• Help shape firm-wide FIG coverage strategy and business development priorities
• Represent the firm externally with clients, counterparties, and industry stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Senior Director / Managing Director at a top-tier investment bank or boutique
• Strong track record in FIG advisory, M&A and capital raising
• Deep network across financial subsectors and institutional investors
• Demonstrated leadership in high-performing teams
• Commercial mindset and appetite to contribute to a fast-scaling platform
