Job Title: Field Collections Agent

Overview

Join Orbit Credit Services as a Field Collections Agent and enjoy a flexible, outdoor role that helps customers achieve financial health. This position involves visiting customers within a 90-minute radius of your home in Stockport or South Manchester, supporting them with their arrears and offering solutions to improve their financial situation.

Salary & Bonus

Starting salary from £27,965, with potential increases. Earn an additional £4,200 p.a. car allowance and fuel card. Our uncapped monthly bonus structure can boost your earnings to up to £35,765.

Shifts

  • Operating hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday
  • 40-hour workweek, with at least 10 hours during peak hours (Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm)

Role Responsibilities

  • Visiting customers at their homes to support their financial recovery
  • Handling water accounts and regulated reconnect visits
  • Resolving customer accounts personally, including taking payments and setting up repayment plans
  • Educating customers on payment consequences
  • Using provided iPads to update customer accounts

Minimum Requirements

  • Clear criminal record
  • No CCJs or IVAs in the last 6 years
  • Own vehicle with six points or less on license, business insurance required
  • Technologically proficient and able to work independently
