This customer-facing role involves approximately 70% travel, with preference for UK-based candidates due to customer concentration. Key Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-sales support and training on single-cell genomics workflows and applications. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support customer success. Offer data analysis assistance, troubleshooting, and experimental guidance. Deliver seminars and technical training to varied audiences. Perform light commercial tasks such as CRM updates, quotes, and order coordination. Candidate Profile: PhD or MSc in Life Sciences with industry or customer-facing experience Strong background in genomics; single-cell experience desirable. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
