Family Solicitor (London)

A Family/Childcare law team at this firm in South East London are currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor of 5 years + PQE.

Experience to include running your own caseload to include:

1. Representing children in both Public and Private Law
2. Conducting complex Public Law proceedings
3. Advocacy
4. Emergency protection orders
5. Care orders
6. Supervision orders
7. Special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans)
8. Adoption matters

Ideally you will be a Childcare Panel Member or working towards.
