The Role
- Lead and manage high-value family law matters involving financial remedies, private children cases, and international elements
- Provide expert legal advice to HNW and UHNW clients , often with complex asset structures
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and support the mentoring of junior solicitors
- Play a key role in driving the firm\’s growth and profile in the family law market
The Person
- A senior family solicitor or partner with at least 7+ PQE
- Strong background in complex financial remedy work
- Experience advising HNW clients on sensitive and high-profile matters
- A modest client following is ideal, but not essential
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and looking for long-term career alignment with a leading firm
