V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established main contractor who specialise in commercial, residential and industrial projects across the North West. Due to business growth, they are looking for an External Site Manager/Façade Manager to join their team!

Minimum Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of unitised cladding systems, brickslip facades and curtain walling.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
- Methodical and organised individual.
- Strong leader.
Duties include:
- Overseeing the whole of the facade works on the project.
- Ensuring the façade package is delivered to the highest quality, safety, to programme and within budget.
- Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme.
- Quality management.
- Attending and chairing progress meetings with subcontractors.
- Managing health & safety on site.
