We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to manage all client contracts with marketing agencies, as well as some supplier agreements. This role is ideal for someone with a para-legal background or similar experience, with a strong understanding of contract management and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
- Maintain a centralized database of all contracts and oversee renewals, expirations, and amendments.
- Mitigate risks by identifying potential contractual issues and providing solutions.
- Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contracts.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in contract management, preferably within a marketing or professional services environment.
- Background in law or para-legal experience is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in contract management software or related tools is a plus.
