Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to strategic engagements by helping define user journeys, map opportunity areas, and co-create product direction.
• Facilitate and support workshops that bring stakeholders together to align around goals, user needs, and experience priorities.
• Translate research into strategy by turning insights into actionable experience principles, product recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure strategy is realized in the experience.
• Support client conversations by explaining the rationale behind decisions, linking business outcomes to user experience improvements.
• Contribute to team growth, bringing structured thinking, storytelling, and strategic rigor to all tasks.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in UX, research, or experience strategy, with a proven track record of guiding product teams from insights to execution.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered and service design tools, journey mapping, experience principles, roadmaps, systems thinking, and strategic frameworks.
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating how your thinking has shaped user experiences and supported product outcomes.
• Curiosity, clarity, confidence in navigating ambiguity, and a passion for making systems more human.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Deep experience in mobile-first product ecosystems and B2C environments, especially around growth, retention, and emotionally resonant design.
• Expertise in banking or fintech domains, including trust patterns, regulatory compliance, and accessibility in regulated spaces.
