A leading creative events agency is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join their dynamic team. Specialising in live, hybrid, and virtual events across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Asia, this award-winning agency is known for delivering innovative and engaging experiences—from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to immersive brand activations and award ceremonies.
As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to bring onboard a talented designer with a strong portfolio in event and environmental design to work across a range of high-profile client projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the wider creative and production teams to develop visual concepts for events, including stage sets, exhibitions, networking spaces, and immersive environments.
- Create event floor plans, layouts, and 3D renderings to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure design concepts are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Work across multiple formats, including print, digital, and motion design.
- Produce marketing and event collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage and maintain internal libraries of assets, imagery, and templates.
- Attend occasional site visits for creative input and to gather design requirements.
- Stay informed on design trends, software developments, and best practices within the events and visual design industry.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Visual Design, 3D Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing experience in event, experiential, or environmental design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools (e.g. V-Ray, SU Podium).
- Experience in developing both 2D and 3D visual concepts.
- Excellent understanding of spatial design, typography, layout, and branding.
- Ability to interpret briefs, present ideas, and integrate feedback effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and proactive in tackling design challenges.
- Strong sense of curiosity and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of creative technologies.
