This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic finance transformation initiatives while overseeing day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with both in-house teams and an offshore Shared Services partner to deliver consistency, performance, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-country finance function. ? Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end O2C process across Europe Manage and lead onshore teams and offshore Shared Services delivery Act as the key process lead for transformation and finance system projects Standardise and optimise processes, driving automation and efficiency Ensure robust governance and compliance with SOX and audit standards Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations Significant experience in O2C process ownership within a large multinational Proven track record leading cross-functional finance operations and transformation projects Strong background in Shared Services environments Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills Comfortable with occasional European travel ?
