The Role – Estimator (Facades)

As part of the preconstruction team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing full project cost calculations of materials, labour, equipment, and other expenses.
• Ensuring all estimates are accurate and meet client requirements.
• Providing clear, timely, and accurate project costings, as well as creating client price presentations.
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings confidently.
• Using construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, SchuCal+, Logikal).
