Our Software Client is looking for an Environment and Release Manager who will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring high-quality project deliveries. The client is embarking on a CRM replacement programme to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The initial focus for this role will be managing releases for the Dynamics 365 system, with potential expansion to oversee releases across all business systems.

The successful candidate will drive consistency and quality in system deliveries, manage the end-to-end release cycle, and collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed release plan, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Managing planning and impact assessment of vendor upgrades for key business systems.
  • Overseeing the entire release lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and post-release support.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all release-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing environments and releases, ideally as an Application Environment Engineer or similar role, preferably within D365 CRM transformation programmes or large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of release management processes, methodologies, and tools involving multiple stakeholders.
