Position Overview: The Enterprise Risk Associate supports the UK Risk Manager in ensuring an effective control environment, aligned with good corporate governance. The role involves managing risk identification, assessment, controls, and reporting, contributing to the Group\’s Integrated Assurance Framework. The main responsibilities include maintaining the Enterprise Risk and Control register, reporting on key controls, developing risk indicators, and stakeholder engagement up to director level. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring Key Risk Indicators and incident logs Supporting the quarterly Management Control Assessment Maintaining the risk and control registers in collaboration with business units Communicating IAF principles to operational teams Supporting insurance renewal and claims management Ensuring business continuity policies are maintained and tested Assisting project risk management and governance reporting Providing RSA Archer system training and ensuring compliance Skills & Experience: Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity Knowledge of energy industry risk factors Team player with collaborative skills Resilient with problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Degree or equivalent in STEM or Risk Management preferred For more information, please contact Adam Gallagher at Imperial Recruitment Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
