Enterprise Architect

Overview:

Recognised as one of the UK’s top employers, this role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The business has a sizable Architecture function, but this role will work within a small team of Enterprise Architects and will collaborate with all core Technology departments.

Operating within a regulated sector, with several complex transformation programmes underway.

This role is responsible for building and developing technology roadmaps and playing a significant part in maturing the capabilities. You will work closely with the wider Architecture team, including Technical, Data, Solution, and Business Architects, during an exciting period of transformation, including initiatives such as Cloud (Azure) migration, CRM implementation, and various BI & Data projects.

This position suits an Enterprise Architect or an aspiring EA, potentially from traditional IT Architecture backgrounds. It is crucial in defining the future technology and platform roadmap for the organisation.

Key areas of experience:

• Experience as an IT Enterprise Architect or a Senior IT Architect from relevant domains (Application, Security, Business, Infrastructure) seeking the next opportunity
• Proven experience in building fit-for-purpose roadmaps, considering technology options and risks across enterprise environments
• Understanding of EA tooling and frameworks (not necessarily one specific framework)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
