Role Purpose: The primary goal is to deliver a safe, efficient, and resilient Baggage System, which is critical to airport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high safety, reliability, and availability of the baggage infrastructure, leading a team and managing stakeholders and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Baggage Engineering team to execute maintenance plans effectively.
- Optimize performance of baggage assets to improve system availability, meeting OBP / CSS metrics.
- Promote a strong EH&S culture to reduce incidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including GAL teams, airlines, and handling agents.
- Manage costs and contracts to stay within operational budgets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in engineering preferred; HND with significant experience accepted.
