About the Role:

Join a dynamic engineering team at the forefront of power systems innovation. You’ll play a key role in validating and launching a new generation of 5000 series engines. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on first-time engine tests, component inspections, and full-cycle validation processes.

  • Execute engine test programs for diesel and gas engines
  • Strip down and rebuild engines for mechanical/electrical diagnostics
  • Operate and maintain instrumentation (thermocouples, pressure sensors, flow meters, emissions analyzers)
  • Use test systems such as DSG, Cadet, and PUMA
  • Write and follow detailed test schedules
  • Work with ECU controller software

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in engine testing (diesel/gas)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background in engine systems
  • Familiarity with genset low-voltage systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Automotive Mechanics (HNC/HND/BEng preferred)
  • Aerospace experience is a plus

Work Schedule:

Fully onsite, Monday to Thursday (6:45 AM – 4:30 PM, 37 hours/week)
