Initial duration: 3 months (with potential for extension in a multi-year project)

Rate: Up to £680 per day (Outside IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight across all IaaS operational workstreams.
• Drive the planning and implementation of continual service improvement.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities & MTTR.
• Oversee the underlying IaaS infrastructure platform.
• Manage Configuration Management and the CMDB.
• Track End-of-Support (EOS/L) lifecycle.
