Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Renewable Energy Solicitor to join our client, a leading forward-thinking law firm. You will have circa 3 years PQE.

You will support major renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hydro, battery storage, and emerging clean technologies. Your responsibilities will include advising developers, funders, and operators on high-value, high-impact deals, carrying out due diligence on energy project portfolios for sponsors, investors, and funders, and providing regulatory and commercial legal advice, including contracts such as PPA\’s, EPC, and O&M agreements.

Exciting projects include wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, bioenergy, and others.
