We’re working with a leading B-Corp drinks brand that has transformed the healthy beverage space. With its roots in New York and supply chain anchored in Singapore, this brand’s London HQ leads growth across the EMEA region. They’re now on the lookout for a Category Manager to be part of their category strategy across key EMEA markets. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will blend data, insight, and storytelling to influence both internal teams and retail partners across the UK, France, Spain, and the DACH region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive the Coconut Water & Functional Juice category across EMEA, shaping the narrative with top-tier retailers
- Own category reporting, performance tracking, and multi-year growth plans
- Be the go-to expert for insights, trends, and recommendations to fuel commercial decisions
- Work closely with sales and marketing to localise plans and optimise campaign effectiveness
- Build relationships with retail partners, supporting on everything from range reviews to distribution growth
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in category management, consumer insights, or market research within FMCG
- Need to be fluent in German
- Can tell compelling stories with data using IRI, Kantar, Nielsen, or Circana
