Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge? This role offers the chance to lead projects at Heathrow, managing electrical work from start to finish on a multitude of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Join an established and cash-rich M&E Subcontractor specialising in building services installations and services within Heathrow. This is an opportunity for long-term work within a stable environment doing fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The Role:

• Oversee electrical elements within construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Report to senior management with regular updates on project milestones and challenges.
• Ensure all electrical work meets required safety and quality standards.
• Assist senior project managers and directors with project coordination and problem-solving.

What You Need:

• Strong background in electrical engineering with experience managing M&E projects valued between £0.5-£5 million.
• Ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with different trades.
• A hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

What You Receive:

• A salary of between £70-80k (possibly rising beyond for exceptional people)
