The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with creative intuition and practical experience managing eCommerce platforms. You should be comfortable using data to guide decisions, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the Role You will play a key role in optimising the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you will analyse user behaviour and track KPIs to inform data-driven decisions. You will lead CRO initiatives through testing and iterative improvements, enhancing the customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts. Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining on-site UX, and ensuring content relevance for international audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase organic traffic, improve SEO performance, and boost revenue from non-paid channels. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of improvements to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximise conversions.
