Rapidly adopting and scaling the CRM is a key business strategy, and the Architect leads all technical design and decision-making.
The CRM is currently used in parts of the business and is performing well. The goal now is to expand its adoption across the entire organization. The business is eager to do so, already seeing benefits from the CRM.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM. This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution. You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts. There are ample resources available; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need an experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE. Someone confident in handling stakeholders. You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter). Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
