At MBNL (a joint venture between EE and Three), we’re looking for a Document Co-ordinator to support our external Document Management System (DMS). This role is central to how we maintain, publish, and improve technical and process documentation used by our teams, suppliers, and shareholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, update, archive, and control legacy documents
- Maintain metadata alignment between internal and external systems
- Support publishing, formatting, and lifecycle tracking of key documentation
- Provide guidance and training on document processes
- Ensure audit-readiness and consistent document quality
- Work closely with stakeholders to enforce standards and improve systems
What are we looking for:
- Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills
- Professional document management training
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
