This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You\’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise processes to achieve operational excellence. Your role as Distribution Centre Manager: Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence, focusing on safety, service, cost, and environmental sustainability, using continuous improvement/lean methodologies. Implement cultural change emphasizing safety and operational improvement at all levels. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are met. Enhance employee engagement across the site. Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities seized. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence in service delivery. Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including O licence adherence. What you\’ll bring: Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies. Project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations.
