Your role as Distribution Centre Manager Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence, utilizing continuous improvement and lean methodologies to eliminate waste while focusing on Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental sustainability. Lead the cultural change within the distribution operation, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement at all levels. Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met. Improve employee engagement across the site. Manage the site P&L and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are capitalized on. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence in service delivery. Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including the maintenance of the O licence. What you\’ll bring Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies. Project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations environments. Proven leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams with a focus on results and engagement.
