What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow the UK immigration offering, working with international clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee immigration processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation.
• Build strategic client relationships, providing expert advice and hands-on solutions.
• Drive business development — identifying, pitching, and securing new corporate clients.
• Champion cross-border immigration initiatives and contribute to global strategy.
• Integrate technology to modernise workflows and enhance client delivery.
• Monitor UK immigration policy updates and develop proactive client guidance.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain or obtain OISC Level 1 accreditation.

• Extensive experience in UK corporate immigration, with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record in client account development and new business acquisition.
