Job Description:

This entrepreneurial business is a highly successful supplier of premium branded products to customers in the UK and beyond via multiple channels including retail, wholesale, and online. The business is currently embarking on a transformation programme to support ongoing growth, reviewing systems, processes, and infrastructure across an international footprint.

We are seeking a high-calibre IT Director to lead the delivery of the company’s IT strategy, infrastructure, and business solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives. The role encompasses developing and executing technology roadmaps, managing end-to-end IT operations, fostering agile ways of working, and ensuring the scalability, security, and stability of the IT ecosystem.

Ideal candidates will have proven IT leadership experience gained in a similar, high-volume product-led (manufacturing/retail/distribution), customer-oriented environment with a focus on enterprise systems, infrastructure management, and business transformation. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering meaningful change through the implementation and/or integration of new and/or existing IT systems. Specific knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is also essential for this role.
