- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures, public health standards, proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Knowledge of personalized service principles, needs assessment, quality standards, and guest satisfaction evaluation.
- Ability to work positively in a diverse team environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with department heads, coworkers, and crew members.
- Financial aptitude for managing expenses and cost control.
- Experience in managing headcount and supporting business needs.
