Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment Group’s Marketing Division is recruiting a Head of Digital Marketing for a SaaS business. Reporting to the Product and Marketing Director, this role leads digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and optimization within existing customer base. Responsibilities include leveraging in-platform techniques, customer journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable results.
The role involves optimizing digital channels, improving website and platform user journeys, and managing lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of digital growth for small to mid-sized companies and experience building high-performing teams.
You will lead a small but growing team of digital marketers and CRO specialists, reporting directly to the Marketing Director and collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies balancing new customer acquisition with cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Utilize customer journey mapping and in-platform techniques to enhance engagement and revenue.
Revenue Growth and Commercial Impact:
- Drive growth through multi-channel digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email, and display advertising.
- Refine CRO strategies to improve user journeys and conversion rates.
HubSpot and CRM Mastery:
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation strategies, ensuring optimal use of HubSpot for lead generation, nurturing, and retention.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Set and monitor KPIs, use data to optimize performance, and report ROI to leadership.
Team Growth and Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.
Stakeholder and Agency Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies to support marketing efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years in a senior digital marketing role with success in growing small to mid-sized companies.
- Proven expertise in demand generation, customer acquisition, and lead strategies.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and digital marketing channels.
- Commercial acumen and strategic mindset with measurable results.
- Advanced analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in B2B Edtech environment.
- Experience marketing membership-based businesses.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
