A leading London-based scenic production company is seeking a Client Services Director to lead its client relationship and business development strategy. This newly created senior role will drive client satisfaction, account growth, and strategic outreach across theatre, events, exhibitions, and media sectors.

You’ll act as a key contact for both existing and prospective clients, overseeing projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellence at every stage. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account development
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach
• Oversee project delivery from a client perspective, acting as the internal advocate
• Develop detailed account plans and lead client meetings, proposals, and pitches
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client expectations
• Support and mentor colleagues in client-focused practices
• Gather feedback and implement improvements based on client insights
• Maximise client retention and growth through comprehensive client relationship strategies
