Job Description:

We are partnering with a top-ranking accountancy and advisory firm that is actively seeking a Director of Accounts & Business Advisory to help drive their growth. As Director, you will shape client strategy, lead a talented team, and contribute to the firm’s success.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors, focusing on compliance and advisory services, developing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. There is potential for a route to Partner for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Leading client portfolios across accounts, advisory, and support services.
• Acting as the senior contact for clients, guiding them through challenges and opportunities.
• Reviewing complex accounts and reports for technical accuracy.
• Managing and mentoring a team of accountants and advisors.
• Collaborating with Partners on strategy and service innovation.
• Contributing to internal projects and leadership initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with senior-level practice experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in accounts, advisory, and compliance.
• Excellent communicator, trustworthy, and commercially minded.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing others.
• Genuine interest in helping clients grow.
