To support this expansion, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Capital Raiser to lead fundraising efforts across continental Europe.
Role Overview

Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones, focusing on pension funds (~70% of the investor base), specialty insurers (~20%), and other institutional sources (~10%).
- Investor Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for European investors, providing consistent and compelling communication around fund performance, pipeline, and strategy. Organize and lead investor roadshows, meetings, and presentations across the region.
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination: Work closely with the UK capital raising counterpart to ensure strategic alignment and knowledge-sharing. Partner with internal stakeholders across the investment, legal, and marketing teams to ensure materials, responses, and presentations are tailored to a European audience. Stay abreast of European investor trends, regulatory considerations, and capital flows to inform strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
